A 7 h excursion of Cretan traditions and flavors includes 4 different stops. The tour starts with the Traditional Wood Oven of Agios Nektarios, where you will learn the local process of making Cretan bread with nuts. After the tasting accompanied with Greek coffee, mountain tea or fresh orange juice, discover the next stop, the beautiful village of Apokoronas. Learn all the secrets about the Cretan olive oil and its production in a family Olive Mill. Be introduced to Cretan cuisine and heartfelt hospitality with plently of local platters in a typical tavern in Virisses village. Enjoy the last stop at one of the the best Cretan Distillery. Have a tour of the distillery and use everything you learned about tsikoudia and racomelo to make and taste your our own racomelo.
