DAY 1
We will meet at the Rome airport of Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" to board our private minibus and head to Ascoli Piceno. On our way there we will drive through the famous Gran Sasso, one of the highest Italian mountains.
Upon arrival we will check in and have an orientation walking tour of Ascoli Piceno, the city of travertine, before heading to dinner in one of our selected restaurants.
DAY 2
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and go out to explore Ascoli Piceno on your own. After lunch we will take you on a wine tasting with a wonderful view of the Appennino and the Marche hills.
DAY 3
Today we will be out all day long! Starting with a tour of Offida (declared one of the most beautiful medieval towns of Italy) you will visit the famous Teatro del Serpente Aureo (Golden Snake Theatre) and the stunning Santa Maria della Rocca church. After lunch break we will proceed to Acquaviva Picena to visit its medieval fortress and enjoy an aperitivo at the sunset on one of its towers.
DAY 4
Check out and board our bus. Today we are going to visit a wonderful property in the Marche countryside for an olive oil tasting and lunch with a local family. After this relaxing experience we will go for a stroll in the amazing Torre di Palme, a charming village overlooking the sea and the mountains. Once at Villa Olivo we will check in and relax in this magical place that you will hardly forget.
DAY 5
Beside the great food and wine, Marche is also the region of shoemakers. Today we will take you to the outlets where you will be able to enjoy some free time to find the perfect Tod's shoes or fill your suitcase with the great deals you will get from the Prada, Hugo Boss or other designer outlets. After lunch we will go to Fermo for a guided tour of the city and head back to the Villa in the evening.
DAY 6
Another day of exploration in the heart of Le Marche. After a free morning at the villa, in the afternoon we will have a wine tasting in one of the most beautiful properties of the whole region.
DAY 7
Today you can relax at the Villa and join a yoga class if you wish. In the afternoon we will proceed to Loreto to see the amazing church built to protect the House of the Nativity, the place where, according to the Christian tradition, Jesus was born.
DAY 8
After spending a free morning at the Villa to relax, we will take you to the birthplace of Raphael, Urbino. This town will astonish you with its building and history. After a guided tour, enjoy a truffle tasting with dinner in a local restaurant.
DAY 9
The two sisters do not have a name. They are two huge rocks standing out of the green colored water of the Conero Riviera, the most beautiful section of the Marche coastline. With a private boat we will explore this amazing part of the Adriatic sea and finish in Numana for lunch with great seafood. After some free time in this lovely beach town, we will go back to the Villa.
DAY 10
On your last day in Le Marche you cannot miss the Frasassi grottos. Explore this amazing natural beauty and relax. Tonight we will have farewell dinner at the Villa with a private chef cooking for you.
DAY 11
It is time to say goodbye to Le Marche. Pack your suitcase(s) and board the minibus that will take you back to Rome. Enjoy the drive through the countryside of Umbria
Le Marche
Marche (or Le Marche) is a region on the East coast of Italy facing the Adriatic sea. Surrounded by the hills of the Appennino, it offers everything a visitor can ask for. Mountain trails, smooth hills, medieval villages and nice beach towns to enjoy the safe waters of the Adriatic sea. Its wines and great food are the cherry on the cake for those visiting this region, still unknown to the large public.
