From Rome we will reach Ascoli Piceno, well known as “Salotto d’Italia” (the Italian living room), thanks to one of the most beautiful squares in the country: Piazza del Popolo.

Have a stroll with our local guide and discover the city of travertine, towers and olives. 

During your free time make sure you taste some typical fried olives and get a coffee with the famous Anisetta liqueur in one of the many local cafes.

Today’s agenda will take you to the amazing medieval villages of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, hidden gems of the Piceno area. In Offida you will visit the amazing theater and the church of Santa Maria della Rocca. 

In the afternoon you will proceed to Acquaviva Picena to learn about this medieval town and once inside its fortress you will have the privilege* of enjoying an Italian aperitivo overlooking the hills and the Adriatic sea.

Head North and have a stop at Torre di Palme, an enchanting Medieval village enlisted in the prestigious club of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” (Most beautiful Italian villages). History, breathtaking views, romantic atmosphere..all of this in a small village inhabited by less than 100 locals. 

Afterwards, enjoy a traditional lunch and a fun cooking class in one of the authentic locations surrounded by a suggestive countryside. Visit Fermo with a local guide and find out why its library is one of the most interesting and beautiful in Europe. Proceed to Macerata and relax at the Relais before enjoying an included dinner.
